What to expect
PATIENT EXPERIENCE
On your initial visit to our office, you will notice a professional yet warm atmosphere. Your first point of contact will be our office staff. Before your appointment, you will be asked to sit and relax while completing any new patient paperwork (if it hasn’t already been completed).
Dr. Shah will meet you to review the results after you have had a thorough exam, digital imaging, and any additional exams you may require. If additional attention is needed, Dr. Shah will share her findings. She will answer any questions you might have and provide further treatment recommendations. Once everything is ready, our trained staff will lead you back to one of our operatories.
WHAT TO BRING
To make your visit more efficient, we request that you bring your ID and PPO insurance information if you want us to file a claim with your provider.
